We’re looking for a Travel Consultant with German to join a skilled remote Shared Services team supporting corporate business clients. If you’re customer-savvy, calm under pressure, and know your way around travel logistics - keep reading.

What you’ll do:

• Provide phone and email support to business clients in German

• Advise on business travel: flights, trains, hotels, car rentals

• Support clients during unexpected travel disruptions (because plans change)

• Handle after-sales requests: cancellations, complaints, booking changes

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent German (C1) - spoken and written

• English min. B1 - you’ll use it daily

• Strong, customer-oriented communication style

• Experience in customer service is a big plus
