Sales Market Manager, German&French, Luxembourg
We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage a group of service station managers.
Location: Luxembourg
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a group of service stations within a designated geographical area.
- Directly responsible for cost management in collaboration with each site manager.
- Ensures continuous adherence to customer service criteria within established standards.
- Optimizes and develops business for the stations in collaboration with business teams.
- Acts as an expert in their geographical sector and the local market.
- Ensures strict compliance with social law legislation, labor code, and standards related to food safety, security, environment, and quality.
- Contributes to promotions and transfers as well as to departure processes for salespeople.
- Ensures continuous training for teams according to their needs and predefined frequencies in collaboration with each manager.
Ideal Profile:
- Managerial skills and experience in commerce min 5 years.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Customer-oriented, strong skills in developing long-term relationships and negotiation.
- Ability to manage priorities, be well-organized, and analytical.
- Proficiency in computer tools, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Mastery of written and spoken German and French (English is an advantage).
