Role Overview
▪ Location: Boostedt (Schleswig-Holstein), and surrounding region (Kiel, Lübeck, Neumünster, Itzehoe)
▪ Remote Policy: Must be on-site – max. 1 day/week remote
▪ Travel Requirements: Low – approx. 5% for client visits in the region


Key Responsibilities
▪ Technical support (remote and on-site) for external clients
▪ Setup, configuration & maintenance of IT infrastructure
▪ Microsoft environments: Server, Terminal Server, Exchange, Office 365
▪ Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
▪ Firewalls, SQL databases, network components, software solutions
▪ Involvement in customer consulting & presales (optional growth into sales track)
▪ Supporting project planning and deployment of cloud and VoIP systems
▪ Collaborating with Sales on solution design
▪ Ticket documentation & SLA compliance

Must-Have Skills
▪ Completed IT-related vocational training + ~2 years of practical experience
▪ Hands-on experience with:
 ▪ Microsoft environments: Server, Exchange, Terminal Services, SQL
 ▪ Active Directory, Office 365
 ▪ Virtualization: Hyper-V and/or VMware
 ▪ Firewalls & general IT networking
▪ Valid driver’s license (B class)
▪ Fluent German (C1), basic English
▪ Strong customer orientation and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
