🧾 Your main responsibilities:

• Manage General Accounting (GL, AP & AR) for assigned entities
• Oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly VAT returns
• Handle intercompany reconciliations
• Conduct monthly general ledger and trial balance reviews
• Monitor customer and supplier account balances
• Support the Head of Accounting with monthly and yearly closing processes
• Help develop internal accounting policies and ensure compliance with control guidelines

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting
• Solid knowledge of LUX GAAP
• Fluency in English (any other European language is a plus)
• Strong SAP skills (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, vlookups, complex pivot tables)
• A collaborative spirit with clear, open communication
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independently
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive mindset
• Valid work permit for Luxembourg is required
