📍 Location: Hybrid – Warsaw (50/50)
🌍 Work with teams in: Paris, London, and other European hubs
🎯 Focus Areas: AI Proof-of-Concepts, digital platforms, data quality, website optimization

Your Mission

• Lead the coordination of AI proof-of-concept projects using Agile frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine backlogs, define KPIs, and plan sprints
• Own the product backlog – prioritize tasks, write and validate user stories, support delivery teams
• Run Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for project stakeholders
• Support ongoing digital operations including incident tracking and website maintenance

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 5 years in product/project management roles within Agile environments
• Proven track record as a Product Owner in the financial sector
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and IT teams
• Fluent in English; French and/or asset management experience is a plus
• Solid grasp of Agile tools and incident tracking systems
• Experience in AI or data projects? That’s a major advantage!
