📍 Location: On-site – The Hague, Netherlands

💼 Your Role:

• Client Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-tier service to Dutch-speaking customers and assisting international clients in English.
• Order Processing: Manage orders, returns, and credit notes with precision, always aligning with company policies.
• Account Administration: Set up and maintain customer accounts, resolving any issues along the way.
• Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Be ready to jump into the unexpected—your adaptability will be key.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
