Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise internal technicians and service providers, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role reports to the Contract Manager (Maintenance Responsible) and is key in organizing work to achieve technical KPIs, economic objectives, and overall site performance.

Location: Turin, Italy

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise teams of technicians and service providers
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, internal rules, and instructions
• Organize and execute work to meet technical and economic targets
• Manage site activity plans, budgets, and team performance
• Support continuous optimization and profitability improvements
• Conduct regular team meetings and monitor activity indicators
• Handle conflicts and ensure smooth site operations

• Proven experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively
• Customer-oriented, autonomous, and capable of handling conflicts
• Knowledge of technical and soft skills training, and experience managing technical teams and projects
