We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join a growing team in an international yet family-oriented company based in Sorens.

Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls in German and French
Process and manage customer orders via phone and email
Coordinate transport logistics with external partners
Maintain regular contact with customers and technical sales teams
Perform various administrative tasks
Your Profile
Commercial / business-related education
Native-level Swiss German or German, with good French skills
Strong stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with assertiveness and initiative
Excellent communication skills
