About the Role

We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join a growing team in an international yet family-oriented company based in Sorens.

This role combines customer interaction, order processing, and logistics coordination — ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic environments and daily contact with clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in German and French

• Process and manage customer orders via phone and email

• Coordinate transport logistics with external partners

• Maintain regular contact with customers and technical sales teams

• Perform various administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial / business-related education

• Native-level Swiss German or German, with good French skills

• Strong stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-oriented mindset with assertiveness and initiative

• Excellent communication skills
