📍 Berlin | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home office)

🎯 Your role

You’ll take care of the company’s Microsoft ecosystem end-to-end — from daily operations to improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Manage Entra ID, Intune, and cloud services

• Maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services)

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve IT processes

• Solve real problems — not just follow playbooks

✅ What you bring

Must-have:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft environments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server administration

• Background in IT support or IT operations (not just end-user level)

• Fluent German (C1) + good English

Nice to have:

• Interest in automation or AI in IT

• Experience in project work or consulting
