HR Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional ready to take full ownership of the HR function in a well-established international organisation based in Dublin.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll cover the entire HR lifecycle — from employee relations to recruitment, compliance, and engagement.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end employee relations cases, including complex situations and WRC preparation
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Irish employment law and HR best practices
Managing the full recruitment cycle
Overseeing payroll processes and supporting workforce planning
Line managing and developing an HR Coordinator
Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements (GDPR, safeguarding, equality)
Maintaining accurate HR data in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience as an HR Generalist / HR Lead
Solid, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently
Experience preparing cases for WRC
Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
Experience in education, healthcare, or professional services
Previous people management experience
Familiarity with HR systems like SuccessFactors
Experience with international recruitment, work permits, or safeguarding
