Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Front-End Engineer  to enhance and create user interfaces using ReactJS and React Native. This role will involve contributing to existing interfaces, building new features, and ensuring cross-platform functionality on both desktop and mobile. You will also be responsible for creating a library of reusable components and integrating desktop applications using ElectronJS. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers to convert wireframes into clean, high-performance code and ensure UI components are optimized for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user interfaces and improve existing ones using ReactJS and React Native.
• Design and maintain a robust library of reusable components for use across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Implement web-enabled desktop solutions using the ElectronJS framework.
• Translate designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize UI components for both desktop and mobile platforms to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to refine and implement user experience improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in NextJS and React.js, with a deep understanding of their core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries and workflows such as Flux or Redux.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and modern authorization protocols.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines, including Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with design systems and implementing them in product development.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar platforms.
• Experience with digital products in the financial market data space.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs).
• Experience in the hedge fund industry or with other financial software (such as portfolio management, risk assessment, order management, etc.).
