In this role, you will focus on connecting with IT companies and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be conducting client research, reaching out to key decision-makers, and setting the stage for meaningful client interactions.
Location: Hybrid, Germany - Berlin, Hannover, Cologne, Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Munich
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive customer research and acquisition, targeting IT companies with 100+ employees.
- Build connections through direct outreach, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and phone communication to connect with IT managers.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings to introduce tailored solutions and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with existing clients to identify new opportunities for value-added services, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
- Manage appointment preparation and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- German language min C1
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone sales, with a background in areas such as recruiting, telecommunications, or call centers.
- A stable professional history demonstrating commitment and consistency.
Nice-to-Have:
- Commercial training or a university degree is welcome but not mandatory.
