Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading pre-sales and post-sales activities related to DevOps. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical onboarding, managing proof-of-concept development, and resolving DevOps challenges to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical customer engagements throughout the sales process.
- Manage technical onboarding, proof-of-concept development, and post-sales support.
- Act as the key point of contact between DevOps teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution integration.
Must-Have Skills:
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years in DevOps, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
- Knowledge of a scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead technical customer engagements and balance customer, team, and business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical skills to craft tailored solutions for customers.
