Your Mission:

As a UI/|UX Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing high-performance web applications that directly support our trading strategies. You'll contribute to the design and implementation of innovative tools.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and expand the capabilities of sophisticated web applications.
• Design and refine tooling ecosystems for efficient web solution delivery.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to architect and deploy critical services.
• Optimize application performance to handle real-time, high-volume data.
• Work with product, design, and scrum teams to manage project deliverables.
• Provide expert support to business users and support teams.
• Contribute to core library development within our enterprise team.
• Operate autonomously, making informed technical decisions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• English C1
• Mastery of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong UI design and implementation skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and design tools (desirable).
• Experience with Node, Rush, and UI infrastructure (desirable).
• Experience with Electron, Openfin, Finsamble, or similar desktop applications (highly valued).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
